0004662: Feature Request: Having unique names on JMX managed objects per webapp

Description

JMX names not unique.

They have same app deployed multiple times to same container, want unique names per app. Uses webapp name to prefix JMX names to make them unique. Feature requests.

Spoke to Scott. This will get added to Resin.
You will be able to ask for a webapp prefix for JMX config.
Change should be small as MBean server is already webapp aware.
