0004601: Heartbeat not getting updated in admin tool for dynamic server.

Description

We are getting an error in the admin tool for a dynamic server.
Heartbeat seems to fail.
We can connect to the dynamic server via the admin tool, but heartbeat to one server shows up as a failure.

For the heartbeat failed dynamic server:
resin:name="dyn-192.168.1.108:6830",type=ClusterServer
LastHeartbeatTime Tue Jun 07 09:25:14 PDT 2011

It shows the last heartbeat and it is 10:04 AM.

For the server that is not having a heartbeat failure:

resin:name="dyn-192.168.1.109:6830",type=ClusterServer
LastHeartbeatTime null

This only seems to happen with the dynamic servers. I have not seen this happen with triad members.
