If accessing the admin's deploy page from an untrusted port (e.g.
http://localhost:8080/resin-admin/index.php?q=deploy [^]
) a error message appears
"Actions can only be performed over a secure connection (SSL)"
A link should be added to directly switch to the secure version of this page.
