how we can potentially implement the following features within the Resin Watchdog ?

1. How to detect when resin restarts automatically by the watchdog

2. Add some handlers such as threaddumps, and other useful information for troubleshooting

3. Send email notifications upon watchdog caused restarts

We would appreciate your assistance in confirming the possibility of these functions and how we can best plan and implement.
