Summary 0004158: Quercus - vBulletin 4.0.5 - Error when trying to add avatar
Description When trying to add an avatar to my user account on my vBulletin 4.0.5 forum I receive an error.

When I try to add one from a URL, I receive the error documented in the attached text file.

When I try to upload one from disk, I receive a message from vBulletin that says "Imageinfo Failed:" with no other information about the error.

reproducable:

When uploading through a URL, a problem in the CURL module occurs.

When uploading through a file, the image gets garbled somehow and saved wrong to the database. Serving the image from the DB works correctly.
