Description

When adding a custom BBCode to phpBB 3.0.7-PL1, regardless of what custom tag you try to add, the text inside the new BBCode tag always reads "${0. (1 + $pad) ."

Steps To Reproduce

Additional Information

As an example, I attempted to add the following:

BBCode: [indent]{TEXT}[/indent]

HTML Replacement: <span style="padding-left: 1em;">{TEXT}</span>

If I were to try and post the following:
Quick [indent]test of[/indent] indentation.

It would display as the following:
Quick ${0. (1 + $pad) . indentation.
