Description

Do the Resin 4.0 rewrite capabilities support the following two extremly useful Features from Resin 3.1?

1) JMX Registration using the name attribute, see here http://www.caucho.com/resin-3.1/doc/rewrite-tags.xtp#name [^]

2) enabled, see here http://www.caucho.com/resin-3.1/doc/rewrite-tags.xtp#enabled [^]
The <resin:IfCron> (http://caucho.com/resin-4.0/admin/reference.xtp#resin:IfCron) [^] is not the same. I need to start certain rewrite rules disabled to be later on enabled by JMX request.
