The error has to do with an intermittent failure to initialize openssl, which we did not experience earlier. Overcoming the error took advancing our openssl client libraries to hook into opensll synchronization routines. In my view, this may have to do with multicore processors and machines getting faster, as well as, possibly, environments going 64 bit. |
