Description

(can be worked around by starting Resin from the command-line.)

There is an error on windows that I missed:

On a clean install: resin.exe -install; net start Resin will fail with

                        Caused by: com.caucho.sql.SQLExceptionWrapper: java.io.IOException: Cannot create directory: C:\appservers\resin-pro-4.0.2\watchdog-data

(0004327) alex 12-10-09 10:56	This appeared to be an environment issue that went away after windows was rebooted. Fresh installs after reboot worked fine.
