0003257: PingMailer not checking url

Description

I have a ping setup like this inside my cluster config.

    <ping resin:type="com.caucho.server.admin.PingMailer">
        <url>http://www.domain.com/pingtest.jsp</url> [^]
    <sleep-time>5m</sleep-time>
        <try-count>5</try-count>
        <retry-time>15s</retry-time>
        <mail-to>me@domain.com</mail-to>
        <mail-from>resin@server.domain.com</mail-from>
        <mail-subject>Resin ping has failed</mail-subject>
   </ping>

This was all working in 3.1.3, but in 3.1.6 it never actually hits pingtest.jsp. No errors, just this in the log and nothing else:
com.caucho.server.admin.PingThread ping alarm checking: Wed, 14 Jan 2009 20:33:15 -0500 (EST)

If I just use a regular ping like this, it works fine:

    <ping>
        <url>http://www.domain.com/pingtest.jsp</url> [^]
    <sleep-time>5m</sleep-time>
        <try-count>5</try-count>
        <retry-time>15s</retry-time>
   </ping>
