0002807: Error with a tag file attribute called 'name'

Description

Create a simle tag with an attribute called 'name':

<%@ tag %>
<%@ attribute name="name" required="true"%>

and try to use it with EL:

<input name="${name}" type="text" />

The result will be an empty string whatever the value of 'name'.
