0002800: Pages not found in a standard Wordpress installation

Description

After installing Wordpress 2.6 under Resin 3.1.6, the WP frontpage doesn't list any pages(please notice Page!=Post).

Creating a new Page in WP works fine but again this page doesn't show up in the sidebar section listing pages. Same happens when including a Page-widget.

Inside the WP-admin interface, no pages show up in the dropdown list used for selecting a Page for the frontpage.

Also tested with Wordpress 2.5.1, where this bug also appear.

Using the Wordpress installation through Apache/mod_php all these problems go away.
