0002736: IIS timeout values not working

The timeout for IIS is not working in Resin 3.0.26.
A fix is needed for 3.0.

I tried the following with 3.0.26:

<write-timeout>1810s</write-timeout>

------------------------

I have two question.
Q1. The time-out does not happen.(= time-out value is infinity.)
Is this a correct specification in Resin 3.0.26?

Q2. In Resin3.0.26, can the time-out value be set?
