0002598: NullPointerException in rss importer (Pligg 9.9.0)

Description

(rep by C. Whalley)

All you need to do to reproduce is knock up a pligg installation, log in
as admin, add the rss importer (plus the extra fields one), add this as
an RSS feed "http://www.topix.com/rss/gadgets/bluetooth" [^] and click "Add
new field link"
