0002066: PHP fseek and ftell functions return incorrect values

Description

fseek and ftell as described in the PHP manual:

http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.fseek.php [^]
http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.ftell.php [^]

Both of these methods return incorrect results in
the quercus implementation. For example, the
fseek method should return 0 on success or -1
on failure, but in quercus it returns the new
file offset.

The attached QA test checks for these problems.
