The only technical reason that we are still with Apache is SSI, or
*.shtml files. We use these for static files. Our non-technical staff
create static Web pages for product information, and we use SSI to get
the standard headers and footers.

I don't want to convert the *.shtml files to *.jsp
files. I don't want to give my users the ability to write JSP files.
