0002043: ResinStatusServlet and resin-admin are missing web-app start/restart timestamp and App-Dir path

Description

In Resin-2.1 there exists 'com.caucho.http.servlet.ResinStatusServlet' which contained useful information that aren't anymore available in correspondent areas of Resin-3.1.

In Resin-3.1 there is still the ResinStatusServlet (com.caucho.servlets.ResinStatusServlet) as documented here http://www.caucho.com/resin-3.1/doc/jmx.xtp#/resin-status%20servlet [^] and of course the nice and new PHP Administration.

But, without using JMX, the 3.1 ResinStatusServlet and PHP Administration don't cover

1.) the information about the document-directory or root-directory (3.1 resin.conf term) of certain web-app.
In 2.1 ResinStatusServlet it was available when clicking on the web-app link under "Hosts and Applications" in column "App-Dir:"

2.) the timestamp when certain web-app was started or (and that's more important imho) restarted.
In 2.1 ResinStatusServlet it was available when clicking on the web-app link under "Hosts and Applications" in column "Web-App Start:"

Maybe it's still there in ResinStatusServlet as of 3.1, but the links under "Hosts and Applications" (e.g http://localhost:8080/resin-status?host=&app=/resin-doc) [^] aren't showing a detail page as it was in Resin-2.1.

Referencing version 2.1 means concrete "Resin-2.1.14" and 3.1 "Resin Professional 3.1.s070927".
