0002000: Set response-content-type for SSIServlet

We are using the com.caucho.servlets.ssi.SSIServlet to handle shtml
files.
I looked at the HTTP response headers and I also see that no content
type is being set when the servlet returns the output from the shtml
file. Could you add setting the content type to "text/html".

<response-content-type> naming is consistent with rewrite-dispatch.
