0000185: Contract ID 003006 - JSP exception is not shown in the webpage

RSN-185
We are experiencing a problem in trying to migrate from resin 2.1.12 to 3.0.13.

When an exception is thrown by the JSP the exception information is not showing on the web page. This behavior seams to be present in Resin 3.0.13 and 2.1.16. However, in resin 2.1.12 the error is displayed in the JSP as designed.

We found that by including the error.jsp in each JSP page would resolve the problem but this requires extensive changes in our code.

I have included a sample project for your test.

Please advise on any potential solutions.
