Description

I'm trying to use the dependency tag in resin.conf so that Resin 3.1.0 will automatically re-load my struts-config.xml file:

<web-app id="/myapp" root-directory="C:\home\myapp">
<dependency path="WEB-INF/struts-config.xml"/>
<dependency-check-interval>2s</dependency-check-interval>
</web-app>

It's not working. I've tried putting my webapp inside Resin's default webapps directory, and it didn't change anything. I've tried using an absolute path to my struts-config.xml file, but no luck.
