0001627: Hessian: make methods public

Description

I want to use some methods that are not exposed in a public fashion:

- MapMethods functionality in HessianSkeleton
- sendRequest in Hessian Proxy
- and portions of the invoke method in the same class

Is there any oppurtunity to refactor these so they can be used as a
binary dependency?
