Summary | 0001179: Conversion of strings to integers leaves numbers in bad state in compiled code | ||||||||
Description |
PHP: <?php $y = "" + 1; print $y . " " . ($y + 1); ?> In interpreted mode, this prints "1 2" (as it does in Zend PHP). Once it's compiled, the output is "1 1". This also happens if the first line is "$y = $x + 1;" (where $x is undefined). If you change the first line to "$y = 1;" or "$y = '1';" then it works fine in both modes. |
