3. Deployment
a. Specify URL of a build artifact to grab. (resin.conf, war, whatever else for a given install)
b. Select one, multiple, or all servers and deploy new version
c. Handle minor changes gracefully... often the build, testing, or staging server is not in the same hosting facility, so transferring a 100MB war file to each server would be inefficient.
