0001029: Reload single classes instead of the whole webapp |

Description |
Resin should not restart the webapp if I replaced class code via the VM HotSwap feature in debug mode.
I've configured Resin to run out of my Eclipse workspace. When Resin is started in debug mode and I make some changes I don't want it to restart the whole application. |
