0006119: /opt/resin/bin/resinctl stop produces error on Linux

Description

error message: Could not find or load main class stop

On Windows the folllowing is executed:
jvm_arg: -XX:OnOutOfMemoryError="C:\resin-pro-4.0.49\resin.exe stop

(0006811) ferg 12-18-17 15:34	Checked against new install of 4.0.55. Note that Resin does not add an -XX:OnOutOfMemoryError either in its code, or in the standard configuration files. So that jvm_arg is most likely from the application's configuration file. It's possible that the JVM arg in that configuration file is not well-formed.
