| Summary: | 0001802: isapi_srun.dll Connection: close is always sent | ||||
| Description: |
(rep by M Weinig) It seems that with IIS 6.0 and Resin 3.0.23 the "Connection: close" header is consistently sent to the client. From looking at the change log, it seems that there was a fix in for this issue that was backed out or the isapi filter with 3.0.11. Now that chunked encoding seems to be working better, is there any intention of re-enabling the keepalives? We are experiencing performance issues from certain sites and the WAN/firewall group here is placing the blame on keepalives. I doubt this is our only issue, but I think that enabling keepalive should help performance somewhat since the sites in question do have a fairly high latency. |
